What is it?
It's the most common sickness during a trip. Diarrhea can happen to everyone especially to a traveler because they try many food and they do not have an immunity to the bacteria in that area.
So It's named Traveler's diarrhea
It may cause from a food that you eat from last 6-48 hrs ago
Symptom
At the first time , You may fell cramping pain in you tummy. Then, You will have a watery diarrhea with/without vomiting.You also can have a fever too.
If you fell very tired, can not eat or drink, please see doctor
Normally, You will feel better in about 2-5 days
What should i do?
The main concept of treatment is water. You must drink a lot ,find some electrolyte powder and mix with the water. If you have a fever can by Paracetamol, Tyrenol or Sara at Phamacy.
Sometime when you go to doctor, He may give you an antibiotic or Saline dripping to your blood depended on your clinical
How to prevent?
Please eat food or drink in a good sanitary restaurant and often wash your hand before food
